The role

The American Red Cross is seeking a Blood Component Manufacturing Technician to manufacture blood products and samples. This role involves processing units received from donors into transfusable components while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality standards.

  • Meet quality and quantity production goals
  • Perform good inventory management practices
  • Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection

What it takes

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment preferred

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work on a team, as well as independently
