Blood Collection Staff – Customer Service

The role

The Blood Collection Staff member is responsible for assisting with the blood collection process by setting up equipment, creating a welcoming environment for donors, and ensuring all safety and regulatory procedures are followed. This role involves working in teams at mobile collection sites and may include driving Red Cross vehicles to transport gear.
