Blackboard Administrator

The role

The Blackboard Administrator will provide oversight and support for CUNY’s Learning Management System (LMS) across 24 colleges. The role involves troubleshooting complex user issues, performing system maintenance and optimization, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure application stability. The position requires monitoring system performance, managing third-party integrations, and executing test plans for upgrades and new components.
