The role

American Bird Conservancy is seeking a passionate and experienced full-time Bird Tour Coordinator to organize and oversee domestic and international birding field trips for the organization’s major supporters.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international birding field trips
  • Arrange for ABC staff and/or experienced birding tour guides to lead trips
  • Manage logistics related to travel, accommodations, permits, and schedules
  • Promote ABC’s mission by communicating with participants about conservation efforts
  • Ensure high-quality birding experiences that align with ABC’s values and priorities
  • Coordinate closely with Development, Communications & Marketing, and Program staff
