Bioinformatics Analyst
The role
UHN is seeking a motivated Bioinformatics Analyst to join the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre to focus on bone marrow microenvironment and leukemia research. The successful candidate will lead computational analysis of complex datasets, including single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and TCR sequencing. This role involves close collaboration with experimental scientists to integrate multi-modal data and contribute to high-impact research publications. It is a temporary full-time position offering a dynamic work environment within a leading research hospital.
