The role

Eliot is seeking a licensed Bilingual Occupational Therapist to join their Early Intervention division serving children from birth to three years old in the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. This role focuses on providing community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model to support both children and their caregivers. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) to address developmental delays.

What you'll do

  • Observe and evaluate children to identify functional goals and intervention needs.
  • Provide therapeutic intervention for mobility, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
  • Develop and track treatment goals within the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Educate families and caregivers on the child's conditions and support needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external medical providers.

What it takes

  • Current OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
