What you'll do

  • Develop trusting relationships and stability goals with families.

  • Manage rental subsidy processes and coordinate with landlords.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and the ONE System.

What it takes

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Valid California Driver’s License and ability to be approved as a Zipcar driver.
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis.
  • Understanding of challenges facing homeless and low-income populations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
