Benefits Coordinator
The role
The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This role serves as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, manages open enrollment initiatives, and ensures compliance with ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations. The position requires strong data integrity, operational coordination, and collaboration with vendors and internal payroll teams to maintain accurate benefits records.
