Behavioral Specialist I

The role

Eliot is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Specialist I to provide evidence-based clinical interventions for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness. The role focuses on supporting client recovery, rehabilitation, and daily goal achievement through a multidisciplinary team approach. You will provide direct support, including assistance with transportation, symptom monitoring, and culturally competent, strengths-based care in residential or community settings.
