What you'll do
- Provide individual in-home assessments
- Develop individualized strength-based treatment plans
- Engage consumers and families in the treatment process

What it takes
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
- Licensure as a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Michigan
- Qualification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Two or more years of related experience or gerontology certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders
