Behavior Services Program Manager

The role

The Behavior Services Program Manager oversees the Behavior Team and sets the vision for behavior intervention services across KIPP SoCal schools. This role involves providing expert consultation on special education, managing a team of Behavior Specialists, and leading trauma-informed and anti-racist initiatives. The manager ensures compliance with legal policies, facilitates professional development, and supports schools in implementing effective behavioral supports and crisis intervention strategies.
