The role
Eliot’s Homeless Services Division is seeking an Awake Overnight for our Master Lease Housing Team to provide supportive services including recovery coaching, MAT/Psychiatry, case management, and direct interventions.
What you'll do
- Ensure safety of Low Threshold Programs during overnight shifts
- Empower persons served with autonomy and independence
- Provide guidance in recovery or harm reduction process
- Collaborate across the team to ensure inclusion of persons served perspective
- Intervene in potential crisis situations using trauma-informed techniques
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or related field
- 2 years case management experience with homeless population
