- Maintain tracking tools for calls, new positions, training programs, and project/program personnel files, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly archived.
- Provide logistical support for area activities, including organizing meetings, physical and virtual interviews, and area calls.
- Participate in regular team meetings to report on progress, upcoming priorities, and coordination needs within the area.
