The role

Support the Head of Association in all association matters and work closely with the MSF Eastern Africa Association (EAA) board to encourage leadership and cultivate a strong, vibrant and well-informed membership.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary contact for Association documentation and inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Associative Budget.
  • Manage sign-off processes with the Head of Association and other signatories.
  • Coordinate and support implementation of intersectional Field Associative Debates.
  • Support in the planning and execution of the General Assembly.
  • Contribute to the production of internal magazines and publications.

What it takes

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business administration, Social Sciences or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, finance, governance, event management and leadership
  • Knowledge of the Eastern Africa Context as well as global humanitarian affairs
