The role
IIX is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP)/Vice President (VP) to collaborate with the Indonesia Program Director for the flagship program, Impact Investment Readiness for Indonesia (IIRI). The role involves program coordination, stakeholder engagement, business development, and operations support.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of the IIRI program and other initiatives
- Coordinate program activities and develop localized training programs
- Support fundraising and expanding IIX’s impact in Indonesia
- Provide operational and administrative support
- Work closely with the Indonesia team and regional colleagues
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in program management, sustainability, ESG, research, and business development
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices in Indonesia
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, partnership building, and donor engagement
- Strong program management track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required
