The role
IDinsight is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to support research projects in West and North Africa, focusing on data and evidence to improve lives at scale. Responsibilities include advanced statistical analysis, fieldwork coordination, and communications outputs.

What it takes
- Engineering degree or Master's in Economics, Statistics, Political Science, Mathematics, Development
- Fluent French (C2) and strong working English (C1)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data collection software
- Up to 6 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of national languages is an asset
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute work autonomously
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for development issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with large-scale household survey data collection is a plus
- Familiarity with malaria, nutrition, or public health program monitoring is an asset
