What you'll do

  • Serves as a focal point for administrative coordination of HSU activities

  • Supports Finance and Budget Officer in monitoring expenditures and preparing adjustments
  • Assists in preparation of Umoja Master Data, transactions, and reports

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree (Master's) or equivalent in business administration, public administration, finance, management, political science, development studies, information technology or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in administration, budget and financial management, project or programme management, or related area
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI as well as other MS Office applications is desirable
  • English language proficiency at UN Level II (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
  • Professionalism, planning and organizing, technological awareness competencies
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
