The role
The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking an Associate Programme Management Officer to support the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes/projects in the manufacturing sector.
What you'll do
- Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programmes/projects
- Provide substantive support for policy coordination and evaluation functions
- Contribute to the preparation of various written outputs such as background papers and reports
- Assist in performing consulting assignments with clients
- Participate in survey initiatives and data collection activities
- Coordinate activities related to budget funding
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (Master’s) in business administration, management, economics or a related field
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management, administration or related area
- Experience in the UN common system is desirable
- Experience in reporting is desirable
- Experience in sector development in a manufacturing sector is desirable
- Fluency in English and French
