- Conduct quality assurance reviews of administrative services using Umoja roles, workflows, and related process controls
- Assist with policy development and strategic analysis reflecting programme performance
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in business administration, public administration, management or a related field is required
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, communications, administration, business process management, ERP, or related area
- Experience supporting the implementation, rollout, or utilization of SAP-based ERP systems
- Experience utilizing data analytics and reporting tools such as Umoja Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Fluency in English is required; French is desirable
