The role
The Associate Inter-Agency Coordination Officer will provide vital coordination and process support to the Rohingya Coordination Platform (RCP) Secretariat in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. The role focuses on facilitating inter-sector communication, managing the development of the Joint Response Plan (JRP), and ensuring effective information flow among UN agencies, NGOs, and government partners. What you'll do
- Support day-to-day engagement with Sector Coordinators to track planning and reporting actions.
- Draft and revise coordination documents, JRP inputs, and briefing materials.
- Organize inter-sector meetings, including agenda setting and logistical arrangements.
- Liaise with Information Management focal points to validate planning and monitoring data.
- Support donor liaison and reporting efforts, particularly for Japan-funded activities.

- Strong drafting and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience supporting coordination processes involving multiple stakeholders.
