The role

The Pew Charitable Trusts is seeking an Associate I to join the Research Quality and Support (RQS) team in Washington, D.C. The role serves as the operational backbone for the organization's research quality processes, managing the intake, tracking, and documentation of research plans and proposals. In addition to administrative duties, the Associate provides direct research support by conducting literature reviews, validating datasets, and performing statistical quality checks. What you'll do

  • Lead intake, tracking, and documentation of research plans using SharePoint.
  • Schedule and facilitate biweekly meetings with subject matter leads.
  • Compile RQS workflow metrics and draft preliminary research output reports.
  • Validate datasets, statistical code, and create visualizations for research efforts.
  • Conduct literature reviews on diverse policy issues to identify research trends.
