- Advanced university degree in Law, Political Science, or International Relations.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in human rights or political affairs.

- Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian (UN Level III required).
- Experience in conducting victim/witness interviews is highly desirable.
