Associate Director, U.S. Foundations & Trusts
The role
The Associate Director of U.S. Foundations & Trusts will manage a portfolio of U.S.-based partners to drive financial and strategic support for the International Rescue Committee. This role involves stewarding existing donor relationships, identifying new prospects, and designing engagement strategies to secure high-impact funding. The position requires strong collaboration with internal leadership and external stakeholders, as well as the mentorship and management of team members.
