The role

The Associate Director, Product & Operations, will lead multi-state program implementation for The/Nudge Institute's InSight program, which aims to provide accessible reading glasses to rural communities. The role involves managing large-scale operations, building high-performing teams, and fostering strategic partnerships with state governments to address uncorrected presbyopia. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end operational delivery, system optimization, and driving scalability across rural regions in India.
