The role
The Global Communications team is seeking an Associate Director, People & Culture Communications, to develop and execute strategic HR communications programs and campaigns that inspire, engage, inform, and align the global workforce.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary communications partner to the Chief People Officer and provide strategic counsel on communication strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans for key HR programs and initiatives.
- Translate complex HR policies into clear, compelling messaging for a diverse global workforce.
- Partner with Internal Communications to align organizational strategy messaging.
- Lead change management communications that build leadership capability and foster collaboration.
- Deliver presentations, briefing materials, employee messages, and other content for P&C.
What it takes
- 8-10 years of experience in HR or internal communications within a global organization.
- Advanced knowledge of strategic employee communications, change communications, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong executive communication skills for developing presentations and board-level content.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across a matrixed organization.
- Experience with project management in a fast-paced environment.
