Associate Director of Student Services
The role
The Associate Director of Student Services will collaborate with school leadership to implement cultural vision, manage student discipline, and oversee positive behavior incentive systems at KIPP Indy College Prep Middle School. This role involves developing intervention strategies for struggling students, tracking behavioral data, and engaging with families to ensure student success. Additionally, the position requires teaching enrichment courses focused on character education, emotional intelligence, and service learning.
