Associate Director of STEM

The role

The Associate Director of STEM will lead and drive high-quality, equitable STEM instruction across Rocketship California schools. This role is responsible for regional academic outcomes, providing direct instructional coaching to school leaders, and designing professional development to improve teacher practice. The position collaborates with regional and national leadership to ensure fidelity to the organizational instructional model and uses data-driven insights to accelerate student mastery.
