What you'll do
- Qualify at least ten principal gift-level prospects within the first year.
- Build and manage a portfolio of UHNW prospects capable of giving over $5,000,000.
- Develop and execute strategies for outright, pledged, and complex asset-based gifts.
- Lead collaborative projects and staff chapter leadership on fundraising initiatives.
- Maintain financial responsibility for setting and meeting annual fundraising objectives.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related fundraising experience.
- Proven track record of closing seven-figure gifts.
- Demonstrated experience building donor portfolios and managing long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of complex charitable gift planning, including capital campaigns.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program.
