The role
The Associate Director of Managed Care Operations is responsible for supporting and advancing the operational, regulatory, and technological functions within Managed Care Operations at Sanofi, including leading the CMS Maximum Fair Price initiative and driving process improvements.

- Shape MFP internal process architecture and manage day-to-day program operations post-launch.
- Design and implement an end-to-end PBM prefunding process.
- Drive tactical implementation of AI to enhance operational efficiency.
- Own end-to-end processing and reporting for CMS IRA programs.
- Serve as primary business liaison for the transition to the Validata platform.
- Support SOX control compliance for Managed Care Operations.
