The role

The Associate Director of Innovation Philanthropy will lead fundraising strategies for the IRC's Airbel Impact Lab, focusing on securing major gifts from high-net-worth individuals and family foundations within the tech and innovation sectors. This role manages the full lifecycle of philanthropic partnerships, translating complex technical humanitarian innovations into compelling narratives for donors. The position requires a proactive, network-driven professional capable of navigating the Silicon Valley philanthropic landscape to drive multi-year, high-impact commitments. You will collaborate closely with programmatic and technical teams to align donor interests with global humanitarian needs.
