Associate Director of Humanities

The role

The Associate Director of Humanities will lead and drive high-quality, equitable Humanities instruction across Rocketship California schools. This role is responsible for coaching school leaders, analyzing academic data to improve student outcomes, and designing professional development programs. The position requires a deep commitment to educational excellence and collaboration with regional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Humanities curriculum.
