The role
The Associate Director of High School Science, Technology, and Engineering will lead the development and continuous improvement of DREAM’s interdisciplinary STEM, AI Literacy, and Design curriculum for grades 9–12. This role focuses on ensuring vertical coherence, facilitating professional development for school leaders and teachers, and utilizing data to drive instructional quality. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in high school STEM pedagogy, curriculum design, and a strong commitment to educational equity and innovation.
