The role

The Associate Director of Development I will join a high-performing team in New York to implement donor strategies and secure philanthropic support for environmental initiatives. This role involves managing a portfolio of 75-125 donors and working toward an annual fundraising goal of $500,000 or more. The position requires frequent travel across New York state, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to close major gifts of $100,000 or more. Candidates will focus on donor cultivation, solicitation, and relationship management to advance the organization's mission.
