Associate Director of Development
The role
The Associate Director of Development (ADOD) is responsible for cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of high-value donors to secure at least $1,000,000 in annual funding for The Nature Conservancy. The role involves managing donor pipelines, conducting direct solicitations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Asia-Pacific and Oceania regions. The ADOD maintains donor data in a CRM, organizes strategic events, and represents the organization’s conservation mission to diverse stakeholders.
