The role
FHI 360 is seeking an Associate Director for OPEN Learner Engagement to lead the learner engagement portfolio, manage systems and processes, and support strategic planning and business development.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership and management support for OPEN’s Learner Engagement portfolio
- Ensure strategically coherent direction, well-managed growth, and compliance with donor regulations
- Facilitate cross-training, stretch opportunities, and professional development
- Support programming staff in the collection, documentation, and dissemination of lessons learned and best practices
- Lead efforts for sustainable growth by identifying new programming initiatives
What it takes
- Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent required
- Project Management (PM) Certification preferred
- Experience managing remote teams
- Experience with systems for online content delivery and learner engagement
- Experience developing content and engagement strategies supporting the growth of community of practice membership and/or social media channel audiences
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com or Jira
