What you'll do

  • Lead key projects and direct strategies within the global agriculture finance initiative.
  • Collaborate with TNC global teams, field teams, UNEP, and WEF to design and implement initiatives.
  • Support the Director of Agriculture Finance in building new global initiatives based on IFACC and CCAT models.
  • Manage large-scale projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience in private sector, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience developing complex projects in unstructured environments.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
