The role
The Associate Digital Marketing Officer will contribute to the development and implementation of engagement strategy for digital fundraising at the global level, supporting the growth of individual giving and securing stable income for UNRWA.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Giving content strategy
- Support the planning and coordination of fundraising content across digital channels
- Provide substantive input to the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns
- Create high-quality, audience-centric fundraising content
- Collaborate with the Digital Analyst to translate campaign performance into content improvements
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Content team
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in communication, marketing, business administration, social sciences, or a related discipline
- At least two years of relevant work experience in digital fundraising or content creation
- Good working knowledge of Arabic is desirable
- Knowledge of the UN system is desirable
- Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills
