The role
The Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch is seeking a full-time Associate in their Sydney office to provide administrative support for fundraising and outreach initiatives, manage donor information, and assist with special events.
What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the Australia Development team
- Support the production of major fundraising and outreach initiatives
- Track and update donor gift information
- Manage and reconcile all Australia Income in HRW donor database
- Support and monitor communication with the global Finance and Operations divisions
- Organise logistical aspects of fundraising
What it takes
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience in data and financial management
- Excellent communication skills in English
