The role
The Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking a full-time Associate in their Sydney office to provide administrative support for fundraising and outreach initiatives.
What you'll do
- Support the production of major fundraising and outreach initiatives
- Provide special event support for fundraising dinners and receptions
- Track and update donor gift information
- Manage and reconcile all Australia Income in HRW donor database
- Support and monitor communication with the global Finance and Operations divisions
- Organize logistical aspects of fundraising

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
