What you'll do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
- Guide learners through required enrollment milestones, including seat acceptance, agreements, documentation, technology, employment, and payment verification.
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement and momentum.
- Support cohort launches by ensuring enrollment and onboarding targets are met.

- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, or workforce development
- Proven ability to build rapport, proactively engage individuals, and work toward measurable goals or performance targets
