The role
Corporación Instiglio is seeking a full-time Associate to support the management and technical supervision of the processes of contracting and implementation of the complementary measures, generation and consolidation of reports, and documentation for traceability and audit, among other responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Supervise technical interventions and contracts of the MC to identify deviations from the schedule and indicators.
- Review the technical quality of deliverables from providers to ensure compliance before validation by beneficiary entities.
- Generate and consolidate progress reports, social and environmental incident reports, and final reports, ensuring their quality and compliance with the minimum content required by KfW.
- Monitor the implementation plans of each complementary measure and raise timely alerts to the management regarding technical, institutional, financial, exchange rate, or operational risks.
- Coordinate with the administrative support to consolidate the documentation of the MC (contracts, expenditure supports, minutes, deliverables) and ensure the traceability required by KfW's audit.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, engineering, social sciences, political sciences, or related fields; a master's degree is desirable.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, contract supervision, and technical assistance to public entities.
- Detail-oriented work with the ability to anticipate and manage work plans with multiple components.
- Strong document management skills with attention to detail, given the volume of reports and traceability required by the ISAE 3000 audit standard.
- Experience in environmental management, urban development, or climate resilience, given the technical content of several MC - desirable.
- Fluent Spanish; advanced English (B2-C1).
