The role

The Assistant for Livelihoods and Economic Inclusion will support UNHCR's efforts to foster refugee self-reliance and economic integration in Chad. The role involves building partnerships with private, public, and development sectors to expand economic opportunities for refugees and host communities. The incumbent will conduct socio-economic assessments, provide technical assistance, and ensure market-based livelihood interventions are effectively implemented. This position requires strong collaboration with internal multifunctional teams and external stakeholders to drive the Global Compact on Refugees (GCR) objectives.
