The role

The incumbent will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office, using Microsoft-based tools including Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.

What you'll do

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and usability of key grant datasets covering portfolio tracking, reporting, financial burn rates, activity logs, and performance indicators
  • Coordinate regular updates (e.g., monthly financial data and quarterly performance tracking) and contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards
  • Work closely with Project Officers, programme units, and finance colleagues to collect and validate data while ensuring consistency and adherence to agreed standards

What it takes

  • University degree in information systems, data management, computer science, statistics, business administration, finance, or a related field is required
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing structured datasets and supporting programme, grant, or operational processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
