The role
The Assistant Principal of Student Support (APSS) serves as a key member of the school leadership team, driving academic and cultural outcomes within the KIPP Texas Multilingual Program. This role involves coaching teachers on language instructional strategies, overseeing MTSS systems, and managing TELPAS coordination to ensure emergent bilingual students achieve success. The APSS fosters a restorative school culture and collaborates with families to support student growth in alignment with KIPP’s core values.
