The role
The Assistant Principal of Student Support (APSS) serves as a key school leader responsible for driving academic and cultural outcomes within the KIPP Texas Multilingual Program. This role involves coaching teachers on language instructional strategies, overseeing MTSS systems, and managing TELPAS coordination to ensure emergent bilingual students achieve academic success. The APSS also plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive school culture and engaging with families to support student growth.
