- Utilize an evidenced-based preference assessment to determine consumer preference
- Generate appropriate, meaningful and measurable ISP goals
- Design and implement applied behavior analysis programs
- Provide behavior analytic interpretations and supervise interventions
- Prepare and review monthly progress reports
- Provide staff training and modeling
What it takes
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
- BCBA or COBA preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria
- Ability to employ scientifically-validated behavior analytic teaching procedures
- Discretion and independent judgement in the management of consumer services
