The role
IDB Invest is seeking an experienced finance professional with a track record in Asset Liability Management (ALM), Capital Management, and Balance Sheet Optimization.
What you'll do
- Oversee ALM market and liquidity risks
- Lead and support the continuous development of balance sheet management infrastructure
- Maintain up-to-date ALCO ALM Guidelines
- Contribute to the evolution of IDB Invest’s capital management framework
- Proactively assess and recommend capital optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with other Treasury teams
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong quantitative background and financial modeling expertise
- Sound understanding of capital and balance sheet management processes
- Expert knowledge of fixed-income markets, derivatives, FTP and hedging strategies
- Strong project-management discipline and communication skills
