The role

The Assessment Officer will support implementation of market monitoring and cash learning activities under the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative (JMMI) and a longitudinal assessment of Unified Cash Transfers in frontline areas (0–50 km from the frontline).

  • Design and implement Cash & Markets assessments
  • Participate in research design, data collection, and analysis
  • Contribute to the overall strategy of the unit and input on new donor opportunities
  • Ensure assessment reports contribute to aid coordination and planning
  • Represent IMPACT in stakeholder meetings

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in a social science field
  • Prior working experience in research and/or drafting of analytical products
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English
  • Experience in assessments, M&E, field research, or evaluations
  • Ability to multitask with tight deadlines
