The role
The Asistente Logístico de Salud will provide operational and administrative support to the Health Area of Cruz Roja Venezolana, assisting with the management of medical supplies, equipment, and materials.
What you'll do
- Support the physical receipt of medical supplies, equipment, and materials, counting and verifying deliveries with documentation.
- Register entries, exits, transfers, returns, and stock in authorized formats, files, or systems.
- Inform supervisors immediately of discrepancies, damages, shortages, unidentifiable items, packaging alterations, expirations, or other novelties.
- Support the organization of the warehouse or storage area, including identification, location, rotation FEFO, cleaning, and order.
- Support inventory counts and reconciliation; document discrepancies for review and decision by the authorized responsible.
- Prepare orders, kits, materials, and shipments according to approved requests, packing lists, and instructions received.
