The role
The Asistente de Logística will support supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, materials, and supplies.
What you'll do
- Support logistics and warehouse operations by ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and inventory to ensure proper traceability and control of stock in corporate systems.
- Conduct periodic inventory controls, physical stock verifications, and reconciliations, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure appropriate storage, handling, and preservation of products in compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, asset management, supply chain, transportation or related administrative functions.
- Experience managing external logistical service provider contracts.
- Database management, inventory control.
- Solid computer skills.
